I stayed 1 night in room 402 and my daughter in room 404 between 28-29/5.We waited for my grandchild to make an operation at the hospital. My daughter first got room 234 but talking to the lovely persons in reception they changed her number. We can only give the highest points to this hotel. I have been travelling a lot and the personal at this hotel is the most kind and helpful I have met. We should check in at 14.00 hrs but we have to leave the hospital already at 09.00 hrs. I talked to the hotel at abt 10.00 for asking how early we could come and the answered that we could get the rooms at once - lovely! The rooms were great with large bathroom. Slept very good - no noise. The breakfast was great. We will return in august - then with my grandchild who was operated. I really recommend this hotel. Near to all in Kristianstad, which is a lovely and kind city! To the manager: take care of the persons working at this hotel - they are wunderful and a rock!!!!
